Great Missenden's friendly amateur orchestra.
We are an amateur orchestra formed by people from a wide area with an interest in playing. Our conductor is Andy Langley, who also conducts the Stoke Poges Singers.
We rehearse on Wednesday evenings during school terms from 8pm to 10pm in the Oldham Hall at 71 The Square, Great Missenden HP16 0BA .
We aim to give at least one serious concert each year as well as one or two less formal ones, and we organise an annual orchestral workshop to which we welcome non-members.
We currently have spaces for string players - if you play violin, viola, cello or double bass, come along on Wednesday and try us out.
We have been performing in the Missenden area for more than 35 years.
